Nousivo LLC (“Nousivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SeekerPDF, MySec, and StudyG (collectively, the “Apps”) for iOS, Android, and macOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data.
Our Core Principle: Privacy by Design
All Nousivo apps are built with privacy as a foundational principle:
- •Zero Data Collection: We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data from our users.
- •No Analytics SDKs: Our apps contain zero third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- •No Accounts Required: You can use our apps without creating an account, providing an email, or signing up for anything.
- •On-Device Processing: All your data — documents, resumes, flashcards, notes — stays on your device.
- •Privacy Manifests: All apps include verified Apple Privacy Manifests and Google Data Safety declarations.
AI & API Keys
Our apps support multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Together, OpenRouter, HuggingFace, Ollama, LM Studio). When you use AI features:
- •Your API Keys: You provide your own API keys. We never see, store, or proxy your API keys on our servers.
- •Secure Storage: API keys are stored in the device Keychain (iOS/macOS) or EncryptedSharedPreferences (Android) with SHA256 hashing.
- •Direct Communication: AI requests go directly from your device to your chosen AI provider. We are not an intermediary.
- •Local AI Option: You can use Ollama or LM Studio for completely offline, local AI processing with zero data leaving your device.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us:
- •SeekerPDF: PDF documents, annotations, bookmarks, AI analysis results, form data, signatures.
- •MySec: Resumes, cover letters, contracts, job applications, interview notes, tasks, meetings, expenses.
- •StudyG: Flashcard decks, study progress, research notes, XP/level data, exam schedules.
Subscriptions & Purchases
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple or Google. Your purchase history is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data from any user, there is no risk of collecting children’s data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
