1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeekerPDF, MySec, or StudyG (collectively, the “Apps”) developed by Nousivo LLC (“Nousivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Nousivo provides three AI-powered productivity applications:

  • •SeekerPDF: An AI-powered PDF viewer, editor, and document intelligence platform.
  • •MySec: An AI-powered personal secretary, career management, and writing assistant.
  • •StudyG: An AI-powered study app with spaced repetition, research tools, and gamification.

Our Apps are available on iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.

3. User Accounts

Our Apps do not require user accounts. No registration, email address, or personal information is needed to use our Apps. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. AI Features & API Keys

Our Apps integrate with third-party AI providers. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

  • •You are responsible for providing and managing your own API keys from your chosen AI providers.
  • •You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of your chosen AI providers.
  • •AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs.
  • •We are not responsible for any costs incurred through your use of third-party AI services.
  • •AI requests go directly from your device to your chosen provider. We do not intercept, store, or process any AI communications.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Our Apps offer free tiers and optional paid subscriptions:

  • •All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • •You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device’s settings.
  • •Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • •Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, interfaces, and documentation — are owned by Nousivo LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Apps.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, import, or process using our Apps (documents, resumes, flashcards, notes, etc.). Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to your content and make no claims to it.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps.
  • •Use our Apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • •Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions.
  • •Redistribute or resell our Apps or any part thereof.

9. Disclaimers

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • •AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or free of errors.
  • •The Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • •Resume or career advice will guarantee employment outcomes.
  • •Contract analysis constitutes legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney.
  • •Study tools will guarantee academic results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOUSIVO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
